Great Expectations **Now Held Via Zoom on the 2nd Sunday of Each Month** 4:00-6:00pm Here’s a class specifically about giving birth at WBWC! This class was created for WBWC families who are having their first baby or their first birth center birth. In this class, you will: Get familiar with birth center routines Talk about what to pack and what to prepare at home Learn what to do when labor is starting Have an in-depth discussion about what normal birth looks like Think about how to prepare your support team Hear birth stories from WBWC families Get all your questions about the birth center answered BEFORE labor Highly recommended as a supplement to your childbirth education!

Express Yourself **Held Via Zoom on the 3rd Sunday of Each Month**  4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Need to transition to pumping to go back to work or school? Do you want to learn how to combine pumping with breastfeeding?  A lot of people have questions about this – how do I “build my stash”? How long is milk good for in the fridge, really? How much should I put in the bottle? We have answers! *** You do NOT need to already own a pump or bring a pump with you – we have a demo pump we will use for teaching. *** This class will cover how to: Balance pumping & breastfeeding Choose the best pump for your needs Safely store and feed milk Assemble and clean your pump correctly Calculate how much milk your baby needs And more! You’ll get an informational packet to take home so you can refer back to it whenever you need it
